Little black spot 4 months after breast reduction. Is that normal or should I be concerned? (photo)

I got my breast reduction 4 months ago, and today I just notices a little black spot, almost like a scab under my left breast, where the cut is.

Thank you for your question. It is very likely that you are "spitting" a buried stitch at the incision line. Please consult with your board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate and treat this very quickly and easily.

This is not something to worry about, but you should see you doctor about it. You are most likely "spitting" out a suture.
