How do I reduce forehead lines from Asian ptosis? (Photo)

I qualify for bilateral ptosis surgery after switching from contacts to glasses (had GPC, dry eye, and mild allergies). My ptosis has gotten a lot worse in the past few years; thus, I developed a lot of forehead lines and my natural eyelid crease is now less defined. An oculoplastic surgeon recommended ptosis surgery first (my crease may become thinner post surgery), then access whether to get upper blepharoplasty. How do I reduce the forehead lines and what is the right order for procedures?
