How to fade epicanthoplasty scars 5 years post-op? (photo)

I had double eye lid surgery with Epicanthoplasty in 2020. My Epicanthoplasty scars, especially on the left eye, are quite visible. They are indented and white. How can I fade them? I have tried steroid injections and one round of CO2 laser with no results. Felt like laser made it worse.
