9 months after ptosis surgery, eyelid is twitching and feels heavy. Should I be concerned? What are my options?

I had Ptosis surgery on my left eye only, and the eyelid on the very far left side of the eyelid, feels heavy and like its twitching. I can see it twitching. The best way to describe it is as if something is moving around inside that corner of the eyelid. Not sure what that is but hoping someone can help me out with some insight.

Based on the photos, you do have eyebrow ptosis which would benefit from a brow lift from an aesthetic point. Your photos are not ideal for evaluating eyelid ptosis, however, as you are looking down. You need to look directly into the camera lens if you are doing a selfie, not at the screen.
