I’m pretty careful about squishing my nose after paying a lot for rhinoplasty and would never put my face on the ground by my own volition. So it occurred to me that they need to flip you over from face up to butt up when having a BBL and i was concerned about my nose getting squished. Again I never even press on my nose so this has become a concern to me given that I wouldn’t be flipping myself over while under anesthesia I gather. Thanks!

It does seem like your bottom is not lacking in size so I don’t see a strong indication of having a BBL.
