Before using this gel, I use to have my face covered in cystic acne. I was told to use tretonin for the texture of my skin but recently I've been getting punctured holes on my skin where old acne use to form and I'm afraid of my face being covered with ice -picked scars. Should I stop using tretonin gel? Could this be the reason as to why I'm getting tiny holes all over my face. I also have really sensitive acne prone skin.
