Is replacing damaged/bad veneers covered by insurance?

You will be hard pressed to get much coverage as they are only three years old.  I would see a periodontist do assess your gums.  It is not ideal for them to chronically bleed.  Good luck.

Most Insurance plans do have a clause that if they were the company that paid for the initial veneers; they usually have a 5-10 year wait to replace them. Again it depends on your plan. 

Typically veneers aren't covered by insurance. If they were covered by your insurance when they were first placed, it's unlikely your insurance will cover them again 5-10 years. Definitely discuss your concerns with your dentist so they can be addressed.
