Is there any way to remove a few dermatofibromas on my calves and things without leaving a scar just as bad?

I have tried having one excised at a dermatology clinic only to have an unsightly flat scar replace the bump. Is there a way to cosmetically enhance the skin once removed via lasers or something?

I would suggest the Melarase creams including Melarase AM and Melarase PM for lightening the face in the setting of melasma. Fractional lasers can further lighten. Best, Dr. KaramanoukianLos Angeles

If you're concerned, I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Moles can be removed with lasers, radiowave or shave. Birthmarks can be improved with lasers and microneedling/prp. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

This device has not used to treat pregnant women in a formal study, and so it is not possible to reassure a pregnant women that this treatment is safe for both child and mother. Therefore, I would advise against laser therapy at this time.
