What number should the microneedle be on for PRP/PRF on African American skin?

On darker skin what number should the microneedle be on from the 1st -3rd session ex: .075mm etc. To start and end on? Also what would be the wait time for session 2? Because I no going in to soon or graduating to soon for deeper microneedle will cause breakouts/hyperpigmentation, help!

At home . use of 0.5mm is . great, in . office 0.75-1.5 . is sufficient.  I always combine microneedling with prp and lasers to get the best outcomes. We do treatments every 3-6 weeks. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
