Do you think this would possibly need debridement? (Photo)

breast reduction three weeks ago. My left side is healing fine no complications. when we removed the dressing from the right there were blisters along the vertical line. it was suggested that I apply bactroban 2x daily. no signs of infection. I was able to keep all of the blisters intact for about two weeks. Next week will be my four week f/u but do you think this will need debridement? And any suggestions what I can do to help the healing process?
