Material coming out after bone graft. Is this normal?

I got my tooth extracted The doctor put bone graft material in the empty socket and then put some stitches around after 24 hours I started to rinse my mouth with salt water and I always feel a lot of material is coming out from the socket is it normal that the material continue coming out even after a week and half from the extraction ???

Hello!
If it's just a week after your graft, I don't see a reason to be too concerned about. From what you're describing  it sounds like it could be some of the grafting material. You can always go into your dentist and have them take a look too.
