I just had the Vi Peel done yesterday and it has been now 24 hours and I am extremely itchy. Could not sleep all night

I had to get a ice bag to put on my face to try to relieve the itchiness. is that normal? Any other suggestions on what can be done to help with the itching? is it ok to lightly scratch? one more question: I am told I cannot do any type of work out, run yoga, rollerblading..is that true? for 1 week?
