I must fly the day after my PDO thread appointment, is this safe? I do not have a history of clotting or any other health issues. I am not concerned about temporary swelling. I just want to know if this could mes up the threads longer term, or put someone at risks for blood clots. Since it is only PDO threads in the face (only jawline, not legs), I assuming it is the same as flying with stitches in the face. Thanks for helping.

First off if a thread does come loose you can loose a bit of the lift you had gained from its placement. Usually they come loose from the patient doing something they shouldn't have. Things like having dental work done, facial massages or eating a sub sandwich within the first 3-4 weeks...
Threads can be removed via RF or certain types of lasers. I would strongly suggest speaking with your provider first to see if their are any other options before removing the threads
