SurferDude91,Thanks for the question. I would not be surprise to hear that, but sex drive is influenced by many factors. However, sex drive in both men and women is determined by testosterone hormone. Propecia does increase testosterone level a bit, so theoretically it should increase sex drive.

It is possible, some finasteride is believed to be increase circulating free testosterone. Perhaps you should seek counseling regarding your psychological state at this time. Your primary care doctor can advise you on making this happen as soon as possible.

I just received an email from a young man who complained about an increased sex drive on p.25 mgs daily. An increased sex drive is not unusual, but I would expect that it would be less of a problem on a quarter of the dose
