Dental bridge broke after 2.5 months permanently glued

My right end bridge after 2.5 month permanently glued broke into 2 half I am so upset The reason I change the bridge because it fall off and dr want me to make a new one The temporary always nit glue and drop off for couple time Finally I think the permanent one will have no problem but it broke to half What should I do ????? I just finished the credit card payment

Hi:My suggestion is to go back to your dentist and let him look at your bridge.  My office policy is one year guarantee on all work done.  You should check the policy of your dentist’s office.

Hello and thank you for your question. The best way to answer this would be with an in-person consultation. One option would be a dental implant. There are many benefits to dental implants in that they function exactly like a natural tooth, and they don’t impact surrounding teeth as bridges do. Sounds like you are having problems with the existing bridge that is deteriorating to the point of needing a replacement. Need to assess the health of the remaining teeth both from a restorative aspect and periodontal aspect, to make sure teeth are strong enough and have good bone support to support a new bridge.  If not, an implant supported full arch can possibly be an option.  I recommend getting a second opinion with a prosthodontist to make the most informed decision.  A prosthodontist has advanced training in restoring and replacing teeth and can create a customized treatment plan using the latest techniques in dental restoration.
