Dental bridge broke after 2.5 months permanently glued

My right end bridge after 2.5 month permanently glued broke into 2 half I am so upset The reason I change the bridge because it fall off and dr want me to make a new one The temporary always nit glue and drop off for couple time Finally I think the permanent one will have no problem but it broke to half What should I do ????? I just finished the credit card payment
