I want to have a chiseled look, with a natural contour. Are there any cons to buccal fat removal? Are fillers a better option? Thanks for help. Trying to get as much information as I can. If I lose weight I get a slimmer look but I lose the fullness in the apples of my cheeks

It should not be forgotten that everyone has different anatomies and every surgical procedure can have different outcomes on different people. In common terms, it is good for patients who have chipmunk cheeks. In reviewing you pictures, it is difficult to tell if you're a good candidate because your cheek area is slightly full but not overly full.
