Can a non alcoholic toner and bio oil be used with Retin-A?

Hi I am wondering can you use a non alcoholic toner at night before using RetinA or is that a big no no? Also any negative side effects of adding Bio oil after applying RetinA? Thank you

Typically, retinol is evenly applied on the face at night after washing your face.  Unless otherwise instructed by your provider, you would not wash your face until the next morning.

I'm using Retin A .1 and do well with it 2-3 times a week. Can it be used under chin and neck and decollete area?

Hi there and thank you for your question. When getting my patients started on Retin-A I recommend using it 3 times a week like a Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for two weeks. After the two weeks I recommend slowly adding in another night to get up to at least 5 times a week. You will experience ...

Thank-you for your question. It can depend which Retin-A you are using, most Retin- A products are too strong to apply around the eye area, so it is advised to apply only up to the occipital bone. There are eye creams that contain a low percentage of Retinol that is safe to use and can be ...
