WAIST Training After Lipo?

Question

I saw this exact question posted however all the doctors answered it for WEIGHT training. This question is in regards to WAIST training with a corset to achieve a smaller waist. I am having lipo done on my upper lower abs and my waist but I have always had a athletic frame (wider waist no hips) I want a curvaceous frame so I thought about waist training. Will this help achieve my goal? How long must I wait after lipo? Any suggestions and comments would be greatly appreciated...thank you!

Once you have healed after your Lipo then it's ok to do whatever you want. I would say to wait about 6-8 wks after your procedure. Confirm with you plastic surgeon.

I am not sure if there is any evidence in the literature to show that the waist training will create a permanent reduction in musculoskeletal size, but the amount and manner of liposuction will definitely produce a nicer contour. Find a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of liposuction procedures each year.
