It sounds like you need a laser expert to evaluate your tattoo to ensure that the remaining tattoo pigment is treatable by laser.  Somes other devices like the micropen TR are needed to get the last of the pigment.  Best, Dr. Emer.

It is not a good idea to expose your skin to direct sunlight after laser tattoo removal. Once the skin epithelializes, you may consider applying sunscreen twice daily to the area. Spectrase SPF 30 is a good option. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Los Angeles

Depending on the type of laser and the depth of the pigment, some patients may experience pinpoint bleeding. Your reaction may not be typical of laser tattoo removal with all pigments. Discuss your findings with your practitioner. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Santa Monica

The tattoo on your wrist would be easily removed with the Picosure laser. It would most likely take between 4-6 treatments about 6 weeks apart. However, the laser treatments can not be preformed while you are on Accutane, and you would need to wait at least 6 months after your last dose before...
