Had an open rhinoplasty almost a year ago. The tip is still bulbous. Do you think it can look like the picture on the left after healing which is Kim kardashian nose and what I wanted my nose to look like.

In good hands it is safe and feasible achieving the transformation from your current look to the wished pic, never 100% but very close to it; essentially the differences, the goals and the techniques are:-you have a poorly defined tip, which is a bit too high and rounded, to make it better defined, petite, sexy and lower you need Sheen's graft, columellar strut and caudal extension grafting to expose your currently sunken columella-your dorsum is broad and lacks definition, maybe open roof? better images are needed to assess this part; you might need dorsal rib grafting en bloc to rebuild a sharp edged and highly defined dorsumThis is both custom nose job plus a revision rhinoplasty, revision about which a small group of surgeons have skills and experience and a very specific custom design, you wish a very specific style of tip and certain other features, which are feasible, yes, but only by very very very few surgeon.
Your case is 10 out of 10 scale in rhinoplasty difficulty, surgical time 4-5 hours; do research well if you really want your dreams come true.

There are some patients that have persistent swelling the can last more than a year. If the tip is stiff, it is likely swelling.
