Hi im 56yrs this is my 3rd roud of teeth straightening and I want it t be my last. Can a permanent retainer be successfully attached, bonded (whatever however secured) to a Crown #27 on a bridge ? 22 is a adult tooth. , 27 crown,28 Pontic, 29 crown bridge. SEE DIAGRAM PHOTO How is that attached, what is used to adhere it ? What are the success percentages that it will stay attached ? Thank you.

It is difficult to give an answer without seeing X-ray evidence if the space following the loss of these teeth
Lower incisors are narrow teeth and therefore placing 4 implants can mean that there is insufficient bone between each implant
Normally it is ideal...
