How Long After the Mole is Removed Can I Wear Some Concealer or Make Up?

At 4 months after the removal of your moles with laser, it would be fine to wear concealer or make up.  You are correct in that you should also be using sun protection.  If the redness and scars are not improving, you should contact the physician who treated you to check on your healing.  

It is fine at this point to use a concealer on the area.  It is still very important to use a daily sunscreen and to minimize sun exposure to the area.  If the redness persists, it may be helpful to use IPL to improve this.

Concealer can be applied as soon as the mole heals, which usually takes 2 to 3 weeks.  Please use sunscreen daily under the concealer to prevent brown pigmentation.

Hi!  You certainly can apply make up now.  Time will help with redness.  However if your scar is thickened and lumpy, you may be getting a hypertrophic scar.  Then you may want to consult your doctor again and start using some silicon gel or silicon gel sheeting. With regards, Dr. Dang.

It is perfectly safe to cover your marks with make-up. I ask people to wait less than a week to use make-up, so if you are 4 months out, there is no reason not to. Everything is closed up and healed now. Keep using the sunscreen and if you still have persistent redness, some light IPL or Laser Genesis to the sites can be extremely helpful.
