My spider veins on around my nose keep coming back (even though they don't worsen over time). Any suggestion?

I'm in my late 20's. I had them since I was a child. They appeared after a medical treatment with strong topical cream. IPL -didn't do anything. I tried veinwave -4 treatments- even though everything cleared the 1st time. Years later I tried 1 more treatment at different clinic. Veinwave-looks GREAT after the redness goes down after 2-3 days, then I look the same after 2-4 weeks. If I leave it alone it does NOT worsen. But as soon as I get rid of them they come back. Can I have a 'main vein' supplying at the back?

Thank you for your question. I would look for a Board Certified Dermatologist or Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in your area and find who has a Vbeam Perfecta to treat the veins with. This will address the veins and the return rate is lower than with IPL. I hope this helps!

This is a very vascularized area and quite stubborn to treat - we recommend the use of IPL and ND YAG laser.

Recurrence of small nasal veins is a chronic problem and, although there are many ways to treat them, as you have experienced, there is no one optimum way and no permanent way.  I use a combination treatment (double injury) consisting of sclerotherapy followed by micro needle radiofrequency.  It may take 2 to 3 cycles to eradicate the viens but oveer time some will return and maintenance may be required.
