Unhappy with Ellanse results - can anything be done? (Photo)

You are now i assume 8 months post your  Ellanse to treatment. It does look that the product has been placed superficially in the infraorbital fat pad. Ellanse normally is injected in a deep plane unless being used to improve skin integrity whereupon it is injected superficially in really tiny amounts.
It does look like you are still quite swollen and the skin looks somewhat inflamed. I would advise not having further product injected as it may actually exacerbate the issue. If you do not feel comfortable returning to your original practitioner seek out a clinic that specialises in Ellanse. Unfortunately everybody reacts differently to products and you may have just been unlucky, If you go onto the official Ellanse website you will be able to see which doctors and clinics specialise in Elanse.  I hope this helps

Ellanse is for deeper injections (if injected superficially , needs to be in very thin threads and amounts). 
From the photo , it seems like your doctor had injected ellanse into the infraorbital fat pad (a superficial fat pad) . That is why the swelling is prolonged .
Either that or the doctor had overdiluted the Ellanse ( overdilution of ellanse causes excessive swelling ).
