I injected hyaluronic acid and ellanse under-eye circles

Question

A week has passed after the infiltration and i am still swollen. I have small separate bags in each eye. Apparently by the use of acid, due to the Dr. he lacked 'ellanse' and came up with the bad idea of fill with acid. Now I asked to rescind all. With hyaluronidase the acid and with physiological saline the ellansé. How many days I will be bloated? How long will it take in absorbserse products? I have purple under the eyes, the so-called effect tyndalle, it happen? Thanks and sorry for my bad english

The thing with fillers under the eye is that the results are very dependent on the skill of the injector. I'm sorry to hear that you've had a bad experience.

I am very sorry for the problems you're having.  A photo would be helpful to give you advice specific to your case.Injecting fillers around the eyes is tricky.  The best aspect is that it is not permanent, so even if there are some irregularities they, too, will not be permanent.  That is of small consolation for the person so affected, but it remains that bottom line.However, if there are irregularities, then the filler - if an HA - can be "dissolved" with hyaluronidase.  Multiple treatments may be required and one irony is that although it can soften the HA in there, irregularities may persist, as the material may be taken up and be effective to varying degrees.  As such it can take several weeks for all of the effects to become apparent, when you take swelling into consideration.And while fillers make sense for the tear troughs, treating "dark circles" (alone) with fillers does not truly make sense.  A light peel - or just concealer - is probably a better way to go.You should of course be treated by a board certified plastic surgeon or dermatologist who can examine you in person.I hope that this helps and good luck,Dr. Alan EnglerMember of #RealSelf100
