This is not male pattern baldness I would like to emphasize. I have long had a compulsion to mess on the left frontal side of my hair with my left hand which resulted in a somewhat receding hairline look on the left side. Like I said the loss is not testosterone induced or genetic. Can my left side of the hairline still grow back naturally or a least improve in case I stop the "messing"? To me it looks like the hair follicles are still there.
