Teardrop implants occasionally rotate, what is the risk of putting new teardrop implants in?

tm1594
3 years ago I had teardrop implants put in and a few months ago noticed that the right implant felt like it had come out of place, it is now happening more often. I have seen 2 surgeons but neither of them will perform a revision surgery on them unless I choose round implants. However I have seen many before and after photos of these and I personally feel they look too fake for my preference. If I get anatomical implants put in again will the same thing happen? Is there any way to prevent that?
