TCA Cross. Can it be applied to enlarged pores that are still clogged such as imbedded blackheads?

I have lots of sebaceous filaments on my nose, most are not bothersome but some have really enlarged the pores and stand out, they still have gunk in them but have created a large pore. Can TCA be applied if there is still stuff in the pore if that makes sense? Thank you for your advice.
