Having laser removal.. What's the best cream for after? Been told aloe Vera gel but that says not for us on broken skin, which it will So I've seem aquaphor or neosporin? Which one you recommend for best results? Thanks

Based on your picture it looks like you are seeing a slight reduction in the ink from the tattoo. This is a very good sign as the tattoo is starting to break up the original tattoo. Continue to give it some time for your body to continue to heal and then return for another treatment to continue...
I believe you should revisit the medical office that treated you. Although what is shown in the picture is typical for about a week, 4 weeks there should be better healing. i am also concerned about the area of redness around the piece. you need to be checked for infection / inflamation. good luck.
It sounds like you had an adverse reaction to the treatment. I would recommend seeing the doctor who provided the treatment for you and have them take a look and see what they can do to help with the hives
