Answer: Wanted to find out if I will be ok without anyone to help me after I have had my breast reduction surgery? Congratulations on your decision to proceed with breast reduction surgery; this operation tends to be one of the most patient pleasing operations we perform. I would suggest that you arrange for help during the first few days after the procedure. Your plastic surgeon will be your best guide for more specifics. Best wishes for an outcome that you will be very pleased with.

Answer: Wanted to find out if I will be ok without anyone to help me after I have had my breast reduction surgery? Breast reduction doesn't give that much of a handicap post-op although your chest and shoulder areas are most affected. This means for the first few weeks you shouldn't do anything strenuous and you shouldn't lift heavy objects. You will also have a hard time dressing. It is best to consult with your board-certified surgeon for post-op concerns as he knows your condition best.
