Can a natural tear drop breast shape be achieved with round silicone implants as opposed to anatomical implants?

I am 1.67 m talk and about 58kg. My current size is 34 B. I have breast fed both of my children and my breasts are less perky than they used to be but am pretty sure they don't need breast lift. I want to a natural tear drop shape a few cup sizes bigger. A breast surgeon told me that tear drop shaped implants are more likely to move/ breast shape gets distorted. Can a natural tear drop shape be achieved with round implants?

Round implants not necessarily will give a round shaped breast.
There are though few important things to take in consideration to not end with a fake / round look:
Skin elasticity
Amount of breast tissue
Position of the implant 
Implant size
Implant profile

The size of implant is dictated by your chest wall measurements.  Once we determine that we can choose the profile based on what you want or need to achieve.
  
Silicone will give you a fullness at the top (upper pole fullness).
  
Silicone implants come pre-filled with a silicone gel and are the softest implant available. They feel more natural, which makes them a good option for women with less natural breast tissue; but they require a larger incision. It may be more difficult to realize if this type of implant has ruptured, so it is important to monitor them with annual follow-up visits. Additionally, because this implant contains a more liquid silicone (less cross-linked), if this implant should rupture, it will leak only into the scar capsule formed around the implant but may cause some discomfort or implant distortion.
  
Anatomic gummy bear implants might be a good choice to give you volume.
  
These highly-sought-after, anatomic implants offer a look that more closely resembles the natural silhouette of a breast, and, therefore, are a very attractive option for individuals seeking a natural-looking, aesthetic primary breast augmentation. You need to be examined in person to determine what would suit you best. When choosing an implant, the surgeon is guided by what the patient desires. It is then essential for the surgeon to examine you, take some measurements and recommend what would suit your body. You breast base diameter determines what size implant you can have and how big you can go, and yet look natural. Although, various morphing softwares can help give you an idea of what your augmented breasts might look like, it is important for you to try sizers in garments to help you get a 'real' 3D feel and also give you an idea as to what it would feel like to carry that extra weight. The Biodynamic breast analysis system is an excellent method of helping patients choose their implants. 
  
 
  
Your breasts will have a naturally augmented look if you select the right implant. A natural aesthetic breast tends to have a gentle slope in the upper part, peaking at the nipple and a rounded lower part of the breast. This can be achieved by using a natural shaped or anatomical shaped or tear drop shaped implant. These are implants that taper towards the top (towards your collar bone, on your chest) and are fuller at the bottom (towards your abdomen), giving the breast a more natural shape. A large implant can result in a rounded appearance in the upper pole, rather than a gentle slope. But if this is what you desire, then this is what you may need to go for.
  
Round implants do give more upper pole fullness and you could potentially get a "stuck on" appearance. This can particularly be an issue if you do not have much of your own breast tissue. But if prominent breast in the upper part is what you desire, then these implants may be for you. There is a reason why the tear drop implants are called 'anatomical' implants - it is because they resemble the anatomical shape of a natural breast! 
  
An anatomical profile or tear drop profile or shaped implant can potentially rotate, but this is dependent on the technique and when properly done, this is not usually an issue. On the other hand, round implants are uniformly round and full in all directions, so rotation doesn't affect the shape of the breast. 
  
 
  
Whilst it is nice to have larger boobs, it is equally important for them to look as natural as possible. As a general rule, the larger the implant, the harder it is to hide them. One should also take in to account the weight of the implants. The larger the implants, the heavier they will be and this can have adverse effects on your breast envelope. The breast can end up being droopy with a stretched skin envelope in future if the implants are heavy. This may necessitate reducing the volume of the implant and doing a breast uplift procedure in future.

Most patients will do fine with a round device. Round devices assume a more tear-dropped shape when placed submuscular due to the pressure of the muscle across the upper pole. The "bolted on" or "stuck on" look is more commonly associated with subglandular placement which is characterized by upper pole roundness.
In my practice, shaped anatomic implants are reserved for reconstructive cases (for a number of reasons including: increased cost, risk of malposition/malrotation, stiffness, BIA-ALCL). Additionally, recent studies show that most surgeons and patients are unable to distinguish between shaped and round devices post operatively with equivalent satisfaction rates.Thus, you will likely be fine with a round device.

 Anatomical implant have little less full ness in upper pole compared to round implant but they have problem of rotation and distortions  of breast shape... however very less.
if you go dual plan implantation it is almost natural look appearance even with round implant

 As you know, these days there are a variety of breast implants available; the variety of breast implant available raise a lot of questions from women considering breast augmentation surgery. Personally, I think that for most patients considering breast augmentation surgery, careful selection of plastic surgeon and careful communication of goals, far outweigh the specific type of breast implant utilized (when it comes to the success of the breast augmentation procedure).

Anatomical breast implants were designed to better simulate the natural breast shape; the problem with these implants is that if they shift or rotate, the entire breast will change shape as well. This change in breast shape may require further surgery to correct. Round implants, on the other hand, can shift or rotate without changing the shape of the breasts.

***Overall, I find that beautiful outcomes can be achieved with the use of round saline or silicone gel breast implants for the vast majority of patients.

Generally speaking, the best online advice I can give to ladies who are considering breast augmentation surgery ( regarding breast implant size/profile selection) is:

1. Concentrate on choosing your plastic surgeon carefully. Concentrate on appropriate training, certification, and the ability of the plastic surgeon to achieve the results you are looking for. Ask to see lots of examples of his/her work.

2. Have a full discussion and communication regarding your desired goals with your plastic surgeon. This communication will be critical in determining breast implant size/type/profile will most likely help achieve your goals. 
In my practice, the use of photographs of “goal” pictures (and breasts that are too big or too small) is very helpful. For example, I have found that the use of words such as “natural look” or "C or D cup" etc means different things to different people and therefore prove unhelpful.
Also, as you know, cup size varies depending on him who makes the bra; therefore, discussing desired cup size may also be inaccurate. Again, the use of computer imaging has been very helpful during the communication process, in our practice.

3. Once you feel you have communicated your goals clearly, allow your plastic surgeon to use his/her years of experience/judgment to choose the breast implant size/profile that will best meet your goals. Again, in my practice, this decision is usually made during surgery, after the use of temporary intraoperative sizers.

This is a question that comes up often.  The answer of whether a natural result can be achieved with round implants is yes.    A recent study was reported in the Aesthetic Surgery Journal by some plastic surgeons in London. They studied whether  trained
 plastic surgeons could tell whether a woman had round or Absolutely.  A recent study was reported in the Aesthetic Surgery Journal by some plastic surgeons in London. They studied whether  trained plastic surgeons who did not know what implant a patient had had ( "blinded study" ) could tell the difference in women with round vs. 
 anatomic/teardrop silicone implants in photographs,   and whether the panel could identify
 which women had which implant shape. The study showed that trained plastic surgeons could not reliably tell the difference.  I think the confusion comes on one hand from marketing and on the other hand from patients show have implants that are overly large for their tissues.   I use almost exclusively round implants for breast augmentation, reserving the anatomic " tear drop" implants for breast cancer reconstruction.  It is important to have the implants properly sized so that they fit the patient appropriately.  
 With the anatomic implant, there is also the chance of rotation  or even flipping upside down,  as well as a greater expense.  There is certainly nothing wrong with an anatomic 
 implant, but its value in my opinion s primarily for breast reconstruction in women 
 after breast cancer rather than in cosmetic breast augmentation. 
  
To quote the authors:
 "CONCLUSIONS: No significant difference (P > .05) in the general and 
 specific cosmetic points between round and anatomical implants was 
 demonstrated; many on the panel were unable to identify implant shape 
 correctly. Both techniques seem to yield good cosmetic results. Clearly 
 the decision on which implant to use must be made on an individual 
 patient basis because many factors influence overall aesthetic outcome. 
 Anatomical implants should not be assumed to produce a more natural 
 result”  If there is a benefit in breast augmentation with a shaped implant, it is primarily with a very tight breast, because it can help to stretch out the lower breast without “bulging” in the superior pole.  Women who have had pregnancies generally have a “looser” breast and often would like to have more fullness in the upper part of their breast after augmenation, not less.  A high profile round cohesive implant often works well in these cases, helping to add some fullness back to the deflated upper part of the breast.  As long as a round implant is properly sized, it will look natural.
