48 years old male who has been exercising essentially through all my adult life. A doctor supposedly specialised in dermal fillers told me that my face was very challenging and that she would not be able to do anything. It was very disappointing. She even sighed multiple times as if my consultation was a chore. I would like to find the best doctor in London who guide me through the different options so I can have a better understanding of what can be done. Photos attached. Thanks in advance.

I would recommend speaking with your provider to best answer your questions but at my office we typically tell patients to come back once a year to have a touch up or a thread or two added.
I would recommend waiting 48-72 hours after swelling has gone down to ensure all of the swelling has gone away. I would still recommend speaking with your provider to find out what he/she would recommend.
First off if a thread does come loose you can loose a bit of the lift you had gained from its placement. Usually they come loose from the patient doing something they shouldn't have. Things like having dental work done, facial massages or eating a sub sandwich within the first 3-4 weeks...
