Are PDO threads or fillers best for my nasolabial folds? (Photos)

Lets first of all put something straight:
Fillers help with volume loss, giving back part of the lost facial shape, thus excellent for face sculpting/ nasolabila folds.
Thread lift is amazing on giving back firmness on sagging skin which in many cases results from loss volume. 
So, I would inject fillers to address the nasolabial fold, and work with thread lift for the jawline sagging skin after the fillers are settled. 
Those would not necessarily happen during the same timeline or session.

Based on your photos, you seems to be a good candidate for dermal filler and PDO threads to achieve your goal. Schedule an appointment with an experienced medical professional  for an in person examination.

Thank you very much for the pictures. You really could not go wrong with having some filler placed. Placing some threads would not be a bad idea either but i would recommend having a combo of both.

From what I can see from your photo , you look like a good candidate from a combination of lifting threads and dermal fillers.  Dermal fillers alone may not give you enough lift and lifting threads will not completely  correct your volume loss in the midface. Look for a experienced medical professional  and they can guide you through the process. London has some amazing injectors.
