Just over 2 months post op. Why is my hair growing patchy and not all over? The hair itself is long

Your grafts are quite safe but we don't want you to get sun damaged which can cause brown pigmentation and ultimately skin cancer.  Wear a hat.  No sunburns!

After 13 days post surgery, it is unlikely that you lost any viable grafts. Use Rogaine nightly and be patient.

You need to re-consult with your hair restoration professional to see if you need to put on finasteride for halting of further hair loss.

As a general rule, Hair transplant can be done following gynecomastia surgery. But since no pictures have been provided, it will be best to consult your cosmetic surgeon for planning the same.

It is best to follow the post op instructions of the clinic. You should never add medications or sprays without discussing with the clinic. You are probably ok in this case.

Masturbation does not impact hair transplant surgery. It would not impact the transplanted hairs nor the neighboring hairs.
