Facial liposuction and asymmetrical face (cheeks)?

Hi so the left side of my face is well defined.but my right side of my face is less defined it is more round and less defined than my left side. What I would like to know is is it possible to get more right side more symmetrical to my left side of my face whic his more defined. Also i notice when I pinch the right side of my cheek it feel like fat vs my left side of my face is more defined. I would like to know if it is possible to get some type of lipo on the right side of my face [cheeks
