While type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure and elevated cholesterol are not direct contraindications to laser hair removal, a thorough review of your current medication list by your provider will need to be done prior to this and any procedure. Medications used to treat the above conditions, such as blood thinners, would exclude you from being a good candidate for this type of hair reduction.
