What should I do about a burn on armpit from laser hair removal? (Photo)

I had another session 2 weeks ago and I the laser was turned up more. Too high cuz it burned me. I've been putting neosporin on but it doesn't seem to be helping. Pus or something occasionally comes out. What should I do to make this heal?
