I want to bleach my skin 3 shades lighter on my whole body, what is the best way to do this?

I have a cool undertone and my skintone is light-medium. I have Katrina Kaif/Aishwarya Rai complexion. I am looking to lighten my skin tone 3 shades all over my body permanently. What are my surgical/non-surgical options for this?

This can be improved with a combination of lasers, Aerolase, microneedling/prp, skin lightening, peels, and skin care. Sun protection is essential. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer
