How to fix high canine tooth? (Photo)

you are a very good candidate for orthodontic treatment as changing your smile will have a big positive impact on you! You have lost a tooth on the other side of your mouth, but the crowding is on a different side. You might have to have some teeth removed, but might need to replace the tooth that broke! But before everything you need to go to an orthodontist. Your orthodontist will take an x-ray to check your gum health, the roots of your teeth to decide what needs to be done next and which teeth  are the right ones to extract. The other thing I have noticed is that your bottom teeth are slightly ahead of your top teeth. I am not sure if this is how you bite down or if you have unintentionally moved your jaw when you were taking the pictures. In an ideal bite, we want the top teeth to be ahead of the bottom teeth and slightly cover them, In your case, it seems like we have the opposite of that. That will be fixed with orthodontic treatment as well, so it will be like hitting 2 birds (well, many in fact) with one stone!

The quickest option is to remove the high canine; there is no space for it and a premolar would need to be removed.The broken tooth on the other side will not allow space for this canine without moving all the upper teeth towards the space of the broken tooth and severely affecting the centre line. This broken tooth is where you spend your time with an implant crown.
