Why I have a dent in both butt cheeks? Can I get rid of them?

The dents on the side of the buttocks is a very natural and athletic appearance. You are very young and your body will change with time and these will likely fill in a bit with weight gain over time.  If when you are older (over 18) you still have some concerns see a board-certified plastic surgeon for a consultation as sometimes fat can be moved from the love handle areas and moved to those areas for a rounder look. You are very young and your body is just beginning to change, take a deep breath and don't worry. All young men and women are experiencing changes and questions like this. I have no pictures to confirm what you are talking about, but I assume it the lateral gluteal recess. Its an area on the outside of each cheek that can be hollow. It can be related to being thin. Don't make this a big deal, as you progress through puberty, fat distribution changes, and what you look like at 15, may be quite different than what you look like at 18.Eric Weiss MD
