Composite bonding removal gone wrong? Can I sue? I was not warned that the removal would damage the surrounding enamel (Photo)

There is some risk of nicking adjacent teeth/enamel associated with any procedure involving a high speed dental drill being used in your mouth. Unless you have a good before photo of this area prior to this work being done it will be difficult to prove how it happened.  I would do some research and locate a reputable cosmetic dentist to see for a consult about your options and if the only option you are given is to place a veneer here, I would keep seeking more advice until you find someone that feels they can confidently smooth or recontour this area to fix it without placing a veneer. They may even be able to show you some photos ahead of time of what it will look like after they are  finished. Good luck.
