CO2 vs Erbium Laser for mild Rhinophyma in Indian skin?

Adventurous6053
Hi, I am a 23 year old male of Indian heritage (Fitzapatrick IV probably) w/ mild rhinophyma one one side of my nose making it asymmetrical. Tried isotretinoin which helped the swelling but had terrible side effects. I am wondering if I should be looking for someone who treats rhinophyma with CO2 or erbium laser. The rhinophyma is currently mild and I am of course worried about risks of hypopigmentation. As I am quite young, will I need another laser session few years down the line to maintain?
