I've just got my braces off and I hate my teeth. Any suggestions? (photos)

I just go my braces off today and i hate their postion and the fact they stick out alot! My orthodontist said it wasnt necessary to extract teeth and when i got them off she said there was nothing else she could do becuase of my jaw? Is there any extra treatment i can have?

Nobody has perfect bone structure but the worse the bone structure the harder it is to get a good final result. At a certain point, surgery is the only way to achieve "ideal" corrections.  You may be as good as you can be without surgery....Talk this over with your ortho...surgery may be your best option

Did anyone ever discuss surgery with you before your braces were placed? Due to the skeletal position of your jaw you won't be able to pull your teeth back without surgery. Extracting teeth wasn't necessarily the problem, it is a bony problem not a tooth problem. Are you adverse to surgery? It isn't too late to go back into braces and have surgery to realign your jaw and bring things into a more esthetic position. I would discuss this possibility with your dentist.
