So ive got blonde streaks/patches on the side of my head. The rest of my hair is brown. Is there any treatment/surgery that can remove some of these patches via excision etc? Even if its just one or two of the small patches would help alot.

Answer: Diagnosing hair conditions It is possible that the different coloured hair patches might actually be areas of alopecia areata. This would be determined by an expert dermatologist taking a history, examining your scalp, and possibly performing a biopsy. If that is the diagnosis then there are some non-surgical treatments that might change the hair colour back to normal. If you have true piebaldism then transplanting darker hair to the area could help camouflage the colour discrepancy. Of course, you could just dye the lighter patches.

Answer: Hair patches There is no procedure to change the hair colour. You could colour your hair so that all the hair would be uniform.
