Front of my nose has lost shape: the tip is too big and blobby. Will the shape and tip change and how much?

Thank you for your question. 4 weeks is still much too soon to see the final results. Your nose is clearly straightened and the dorsum is smooth. Tip swelling lasts for many months, and there isn’t much that can be done at this point except be patient. Your surgeon is the best person to explain the healing process to you. He knows exactly what was done and should be most helpful at this point. Be patient, and see him as often as you need to. You have to give your body more time to heal, four weeks is still too early to judge your final results.Typically, the initial swelling after nose surgery subsides within two to three weeks.  However, residual swelling, especially in the tip of the nose, can take about a year to resolve as the contour refines. Swelling can also vary through the day, being more prominent in the morning. Try and be patient as your body continues to heal.
