Lines/crease underneath lower lip (photos)

Question

Hi. There are two creases under my lower lip that look as if it they are caused by a projecting tendon. I'm not sure if that's necessarily anatomically correct but that's what it looks like (so see the image for reference). Are there any surgeries that can be done to eliminate the appearance of this?

I believe to achieve the results you desire, you would need an excision of the tendon producing the two creases.  I would perform a wedge excision, including the lower lip vermillion.  I do not think it can be treated by a more conservative treatment.

No, they are not tendons. They appear to be some form of lip pits. A hands-on evaluation would be necessary for specific recommendations. Excision works but leaves scars. Fat injection or fillers might be a good approach if the tissues are not too scarred. All should be able to be done under local anesthesia.
