Last year I was on artificially menopause for endometriosis issues(Goserelin). After finishing the treatment I noticed a diffuse bald zone on my scalp.Hair continued to fall for 5 months. My part got alot thinner and my hair is visibly less dense. My dermatologist took a biopsy and the result was that on derm level there is a mild lymphocite infiltrate with mild exocitosis. And on epidermus a mild acanthosis. He said is LichenPlanopillaris. Couldnt the hair loss be actually related to the treatment?
