What are the best options to improve my scar? (Photos)

Due to an accident I had in childhood, there was a deep indented scar with both tissue and bone loss ( bine development also affected on the side of the scar). A plastic surgeon in Belgium leveled the scar by fat grafting. The are around the scar is still uneven. He also performed an excision. But the scar is still prominent mostly because of the shiny texture and hypopigmentation. Doctor said there is nothing much he can do as the skin is dark and lasers are not an option.I would really appreciate some input on this as I really don't want to do scar camaflauge as my skin colour chages a lot based on sun exposure. Suggestions would be really appreciated.
