Stopping Accutane a week early?

I have been on roacuttane for just under 6 months. I have one more week to go of the treatment, can I stop now? I am guessing one more week cannot help me anymore? I haven’t had a spot in months now!

Congratulations on the successful treatment of your acne! Generally, when your provider prescribes isotretinoin (Accutane), they have a certain goal dose in mind that they would like each patient to achieve. I would discuss with your practitioner to decipher if you received an adequate total dose before stopping or simply complete the course as prescribed.
