Chasing bad Botox result?

This is a bit idiosyncratic but how do I know when to stop chasing an under eye Btx problem? I had crows ft Btx that caused under eye creases. Nurse injector at my derm rec 3 units under my eyes for this to terrible effect: sunken eyes, huge wrinkle/ crease where cheek and tear trough meet when I smile. Main derm offered to inject the “muscle pull” causing the huge crease/ wrinkle caused by the under eye btx. It has been 6 mos andno improvement so I am desperate to feel normal. Thoughts?

The botox is likely worn off. However, there is muscle atrophy that occurs. This volume change will correct itself with patience. Don't get more botox in the under eye area. Don't get more service from this provider. Fillers can be helpful but this is also a very fussy service. Consider reposting with photos. Don't do something that you will regret because you were impatient.

I'm sorry to hear of the issues you had with your Botox treatment.  Further Botox treatments around the area would not be recommended in an attempt to improve the wrinkle that resulted.  It should improve over time, but you can consider fillers if you want more immediate results.
