Alternative ways to get an implant without damaging my natural tooth? (Photo)

Question

I am planning to do an implant in the empty space. As the adjacent tooth is not straight and filled some space in the gap, dentist suggested to cut the tooth to make a straight space. I just dont want tk damage a natural tooth. Any suggestions on alternatives?

The tooth that they want to shave is a wisdom tooth. The correct thing to do would be to remove the wisdom too, graft the site and place an implant that will give you a molar size tooth. Retaining that tooth even with the adjustment will potentially compromise the health of the implant. 
Sometime our concerns about retaining or not touching natural teeth can compromise the success or the treatment!

Hello. Due to the fact that the molar tooth has moved to the gap, even if somehow an implant is made, a triangular gap will form in that area that cannot be cleaned, which may cause bone loss or discomfort due to food accumulation in the long term. Therefore, although the ideal method in such cases is orthodontics, taking into account the fact that orthodontic treatment will take a long time, it would be appropriate to perform some abrasion on the side of the relevant recessed tooth and then attach the crown on the implant.
